The 2016 annual cost engineer exam is divided into 4 sections. The subjects of “Construction Engineering Technology and Measurement” are divided into two sub-specialties: “Civil Construction Engineering” and “Installation Engineering”. Candidates can choose one according to the actual work.
This test center is located in Zhengzhou City.
Second, registration and exemption conditions
(1) Participation in all subjects (test four subjects) test conditions
Any citizen of the People’s Republic of China who is law-abiding and has one of the following conditions may apply to participate in the Cost Engineer Licensing Examination:
1. After graduating from a college of engineering cost, he has been engaged in engineering cost business for 5 years; after graduating from engineering or engineering economics, he has been engaged in engineering cost business for 6 years.
2. After graduating from engineering cost, graduated from engineering cost business for 4 years; after engineering or engineering economics graduated, he worked in engineering cost business for 5 years.
3. After completing the second bachelor's degree or postgraduate degree in the above-mentioned majors and obtaining a master's degree, he has been engaged in engineering cost business for 3 years.
4. After obtaining the above professional doctorate, he has been engaged in engineering cost business for 2 years.

Construction bureaus of counties (cities) and construction enterprises: In order to further improve the social security system of the construction industry in our city, promote the healthy development of the construction market, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of construction enterprises and employees, simplify the procedures, improve the efficiency of work, reduce the burden on enterprises, and respond to the national requirements of “putting, managing, and serving”. The reform of the administrative examination and approval system was promoted in accordance with the law, and the burden on enterprises was effectively reduced. On February 5, the director of the Municipal Housing Construction Committee decided to adjust the conditions for the payment of social insurance premiums for construction projects in the city. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows: I. Amend Article 5 of the second chapter of the “Provisional Measures for the Disbursement and Adjustment of Social Insurance Expenses for Construction Projects in Luoyang City” (Luojian [2010] No. 86) to “The following information should be provided for construction enterprises to apply for the payment of construction engineering social insurance premiums: (1) The original and copy of the account opening permit for the basic deposit account of the construction enterprise or the original and photocopy of the signature account of the enterprise legal person; (2) The original description of the payment of social insurance premiums issued by the social security institution insured by the construction enterprise; (3) The foreign construction company must also provide the original and copy of the construction project completion certificate or the following information: 1. The original and copy of the construction project quality completion acceptance record; 2. Construction engineering agency premium application. ” 2. The other provisions of the “Provisional Measures for the Disbursement and Adjustment of Social Insurance Fees for Construction Projects in Luoyang City” (Luojian [2010] No. 86) remain unchanged. 3. This notice shall be interpreted by the Luoyang Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Committee and shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.
